Expand your knowledge of tax research and tax preparation in this staff position, which includes both corporate and individual tax work. You will work in a team environment to review information necessary for tax compliance while preparing tax returns for C-Corps, S-Corps, partnerships, individuals and nonprofit organizations.

Attend and engage in training and assist staff with consulting and compliance to develop tax technical skills. You will also gain skills in today’s tax software while demonstrating strong analytical skills and professional communication.

We are seeking an accountant/bookkeeper to learn and expand general ledger skills and knowledge of QuickBooks. This position will provide our business clients with accounting, bookkeeping and QuickBooks support and assistance, including bank reconciliations, AP/AR control, payroll and tax assistance, 1099 and W-2 reporting.

Knowledge of other accounting software and business income tax preparation preferred. You will exhibit a professional approach and effective communication skills with our clients while demonstrating the ability to work independently and with our team.

This position can be for candidates looking for a full-time position, as well as opportunities for candidates who prefer flexible scheduling.

Work directly with clients in privately held companies, manufacturers & distributors, financial institutions, service providers and real estate developers, as well as nonprofit organizations. We have immediate openings for audit professionals with 2-5 years of experience in public accounting and financial reporting engagements.

You will prepare all necessary audit reports, financial statements and related disclosures while applying analytical skills to engagements. Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of GAAP and take ownership of an engagement to work independently and communicate quickly with clients and colleagues.

Are you looking for management advancement? This role oversees a diverse group of clients and effectively trains and assists staff on the engagement as needed. We have immediate openings for audit professionals with 5-7 years of experience in public accounting and financial reporting engagements.

Prior CPA firm experience preferred. You may already be a CPA or working toward your CPA licensure. Background in audits, reviews and compilations required with some tax experience and knowledge of ProFxpreferred.
